If Splishys offers subscriptions, bundles, pre-orders or other purchase options, the billing terms, delivery terms and cancellation details will be shown before checkout.

Managing purchase options

If a subscription or recurring purchase option is available, you can edit, pause, cancel or update it using the management link provided after purchase, or by contacting us.

Cancellation timing

To avoid being charged for an upcoming recurring order, cancel or contact us before the next billing date. If an order has already processed, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
